Irregularity Reporting Form
Law No. 83/2017 establishes measures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, partially transposes Directives 2015/849/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 and 2016/2258/EU of the Council of 6 December 2016, amends the Penal Code and the Industrial Property Code and repeals Law No. 25/2008 of 5 June and Decree-Law No. 125/2008 of 21 July.
In this context, and in compliance with the points established in Articles 12 and 108 of Law No. 83/2017, MaxPay provides this specific, independent and anonymous channel for reporting irregularities, allowing entities external to the company to report any violations of this law, the regulations that implement it and the internally defined policies, procedures and controls.
